About Dr Hisham Abdalla

I'm passionate about helping motivated colleagues who really care about their craft, in taking their practice and expertise to the highest level, to become supremely skilled in the art of Leadership & Laser Microscope enhanced dentistry.

I believe that an exceptional dentist is an artist, physician, scientist, curator and an amazing Human Healer through behavioural modification and influence.  She/he is passionate about people, not their individual parts.  

I've been using lasers now for almost 20 years and actively teaching globally for 15 years. I've experienced deep frustrations and unimaginable challenges while integrating Lasers & Digital Dentistry since 1999. I invested years, millions of dollars and a lot of gut lining too. 

I also made so many mistakes, that I'll share with you so you can skip them, and I've lived through many strokes of genius as well. 

This allowed me to be confident and competent enough to be personally mentored by and then share speaking stages & training rooms with some of the world's best dental teachers like Prof. Laurie Walsh, John Kois, Gordon & Rella Christensen, Didier Dietschi,  Christian Coachman,  Andrea Shepperson, Myles Holt, Larry Rosenthal, Ed McLaren, Prof. Giovanni Olivi, Takao Watanabe Norbert Gutknecht and many more amazing leaders from all over the world.  However, in the early days I had no one to turn to. 

So much of what I teach now are re-combinations of learnings, evolved into protocols I've developed myself. My students express it publicly that I'm one of those few educators who inspire, not just teach, while openly sharing everything I know without holding back.

That's simply because I know this is how you and I and our our profession will evolve. Together always better.
